Assalamualaykum wr wbt,
And it is He who placed for you the stars that you may be guided by them through the darknesses of the land and sea. We have detailed the signs for a people who know.
[Al Quran, Surah Al An ‘am : 97]
I love stars. Like seriously love love love stars.
When I feel so upset with something even though in the car, I would look out to the huge windscreen and look out for stars. The first time I fell in deep love with stars was in Egypt midst 6 hours climbing Mt Sinai, enveloped with the best of stories of Musa a.s. SubhanAllah. And the other chance Allah s.w.t Gave me was in midst of Carlingford at the pier, me and sahabat laid on the pier, and watched the stars silently. SubhanAllah. The feeling of us being so small. It’s peculiarly comfy for we know Allah s.w.t Is Al Kabeer and always Looks upon us. And always listen to us despite us being so tiny. Subhan Al Khaliq. That’s why most of my wallpaper designs with my top favourite quotes are always with stars, because I just love them.🙂 Whenever I sit with the gatherings of paradise with some of the most adorable children of age around 7 year old, I would enthusiastically tell them about one of my favourite surahs, Surah Al Buruj.
Find Your Star
This world, Allah s.w.t Fill with stars, sun, meteors and rain. Also Allah s.w.t Fills with volcanoes, lightnings, earthquakes and floods. A reminder indeed to the believers that this world is created temporarily. Everything that Allah swt Has Created – there’s nothing created without no reason. Thus in every pitstop you stop, in thorns you bleed or quicksand you drown into, find your ‘star’, look out for that motivation that will push you through, and will motivate your right back to the path of Allah s.w.t. Falling over, tiptoping upside down is a normal mode where us as human beings fall into, but disabling ourselves from coming back up once again is a laughter session for the enemies of the believers. So, my tiny advice to the owner of the fingers typing and the readers whom I love for the sake of Allah azza wa jalla. Be persistent in becoming better. Be vigilant in improving. Be sensitive in getting ourselves back track if we seem to have flung miles away. Because, when we walk a step, Allah s.w.t Will Run to us – with a condition that we purify ourselves constantly with the best of repentance ; Tawbatan Nasuha.
Key In Wisdom in You
Knowledge is knowing that tomato is not a fruit and wisdom (hikmah) is not putting tomato into a fruit salad. I earn for wisdom because it differentiates those who are matured and those who are not. The best of wisdoms described to us is in Surah Kahf where Prophet Khidir a.s. with the help of Allah azza wa jalla was able to prevent undesirable things from happening, as taught by Allah s.w.t. And us getting wisdom is by being careful in every step we take, which being careful itself is a definition of taqwa. SubhanAllah. May Allah Grant us all the knowledge and wisdom in ma’rifatullah (knowing Allah s.w.t.) more.
And He has subjected for you the night and day and the sun and moon, and the starsare subjected by His command. Indeed in that are signs for a people who reason.
[Al Quran, Surah An Nahl : 12]
Can’t wait to see the most beautiful of stars in Jannah. One of my awaiting dialogues that I look forward to, inshAllah inshAllah Ameen is the dialogue with the stars and the moon on what have they observed in this dunya.🙂
And We have placed within the heaven great stars and have beautified it for the observers.
[Al Quran, Surah Al Hijr : 16]
I am starting to get super nervous for future houseman tagging et al, scary stories are slowly filling my neurones. Ya Allah, ya Allah, please Grant us all hikmah and sabr and quwwah in paving our path towards You! And for every waver or dush that we get ya Allah, please don’t make us fall away from You ya Rabb.
As tiny I am compared to the vastness of the huge stars Allah azza wa jalla Has Created Upon,
I sincerely ask you for those reading to forgive me for all mistakes that I’ve wronged and may Allah s.w.t
Grant us the purest of hearts, and sincerity
in seeking for fogiveness and also who seeks to forgive others.
